What's Windows 8.1?

Microsoft must have recognized how bad Windows 8 is. That's why they are now launching Windows 8.1, which is supposed to make the Windows 8 experience better. Microsoft are trying to convince people switching from Windows 7 to Windows 8 by using such tactics. I don't see a reason why people should switch from the most stable and clearly the best Windows version of all to the lame Windows 8.

And here's a thing, the 8.1 upgrade is free for the current Windows 8 users, however it is to cost $119.99 to new Windows 8 users, that is people who still use Windows 7 or older versions of Windows (or maybe some other OS).
